DMCA Policy for Honey Glazed Salmon

This policy applies to all content, recipes, images, and other materials posted on or accessible through the Honey Glazed Salmon website.
Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that content available on Honey Glazed Salmon infringes upon your copyright, you (or your agent) may send a written notice of copyright infringement to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include substantially the following information:

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content (such as a recipe, image, or article) was removed or access to it was disabled due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe that the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the URL to your removed recipe or image).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Honey Glazed Salmon may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification or an agent of such person.
Please note that intentionally misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
